Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at yourpethappiness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition so we can resolve the issue promptly.
